BOUDOIR BOOKING AGREEMENT AND QUESTIONNAIRE

This page contains any information and terms and conditions of booking a boudoir session with me.

Any pricing mentioned includes shipping. Design of any products will be communicated with Client before sending to be published. Please make lists of photographs you want, any photographs that you would like to be included with any published products. This can be done via your private digital album, but please let me know when you've completed your selections.

The questions included are just a way for me to get to know you, these are completely optional to complete.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SESSION

At the time of signing the agreement, the session fee must be paid. This fee confirms and holds your appointment date. All agreed costs can be made before, at or after the arranged appointment. All costs due must be met before the Photographer will release any photographs, or send away any published items to be printed. The session fee includes optional consultation, appointment, and the option of an in-person photograph reveal

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made THREE WEEKS BEFORE the appointment will be refunded 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made WITHIN THREE WEEKS BEFORE the appointment will not be refunded the sitting fee. If an appointment requires rescheduling, a fee of $100.00 is required.

PRINTED/PUBLISHED ITEMS

Collections/Published/Printed items may be purchased through the Photographer. Turn around for digital photographs may be up to TWO WEEKS MAX, with printed items turn-around being THREE WEEKS MAX. If any issues occur, these will be communicated with the client. Design will be approved by client before sending away to be printed. Full payment is required before items will be sent or publishing or be released digitally to the client.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via internet banking to - K Bamber, Westpac Bank, 03-0674-0231489-001. Please use full name as reference. If you would like to pay in segments/organise a payment plan, this needs to be communicated with the Photographer. An invoice will be sent to your email address once the agreement has been received.

TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM

With the current government guidelines, I am required to get people to scan into the premises when they arrive. i can swap between requiring passes and not, as long as I provide enough time between "groups" . Clients are required to provide vaccination status when appropriate, and Kathryn will on request. Shoots will still be available under RED with vaccinated clients. Unvaccinated clients will have limited shoots dates under ORANGE, while both unvaccinated and vaccinated available to shoot under normal (ish) conditions under GREEN.
